Continually charging me monthly for products I did not order or receive

I purchased from this company a product called MagnaRX which included Transdermal Lotion. I was shipped the wrong order, and contacted them for a correction. They sent me the correct order, and advised that I could keep the original order.

Now, I am being charged monthly for product (s) that I did not order or receive. I have attempted to contact them, and their phone number listed on my credit card statement provides me with a phone number asking me to call another number if I'm 'in the mood for some stimulating conversation.'

This company is a rip-off. Any help I can get in recovering my money for the fraudulent charges would be appreciated.
