I ordered from pyramidcollection.com, when i checked my order it was 19.99 over the order, Shopping Essentials.com took that money off my account without my premission or knowledge... I Am Unsure Where They Are Located

I ordered from pyramidcollection.com, when i checked my order it was 19.99 over the order, Shopping Essentials.com took that money off my account without my premission or knowledge... I have written pyramid twice telling them if I dont get the 19.99 placed back on my account ASAP i am going to cancel my order, so far I have heard nothing as of yet.
