Global Tel Link is a ripoff I've been trying to pay my bill for a month l've faxed information to them regarding my account information as they requested it. My telephone billing info and physical address is different they will not allow me to pay with my debit card because of this reason. After Katrina in New Orleans most resident have to have a post office box because mail is still undeliverable for we don't have mail boxes due to home renovation so this is the only way we can receive our mail.

The bank will not allow you to send a credit card or debit card to a p o box so I faxed a copy of my address, bank statement and AT&T phone statement showing verification of the address to be able to pay on line after a month they are still telling me that maybe something happened to the fax I sent and the only thing they can tell me to do is to re-fax the information. If I had not used common sense and sent for a remittance to pay the bill which didn't get posted until 6 days later my call would be blocked. Which on Oct 17 my calls was blocked due to the same issue they haven't received the fax or maybe something happened to it durning tramission of the fax this is what I was told.

This company is very unreliable and staff very incompetent. No one has any workable solutions other than some lame excuse for why they did not fulfill their comment to the consumer. Then one fool had to nerve to tell me that we are a highly secured company. Well it doesn't appear to me that this company is worth being in business. Where did they come from and what idiot they them a license to still from the consumer. Ripoff-ripoff-ripoff!
