They robbed me

I started my account with this company 1/13, my account has been paid in full since 2. I was lead to believe my system was in delay and i should be recieving it soon, and i was not being ripped off because that was my first question to them after my second delay. These people ripped me off for $1934.81 and something need to be done about that.
