Ripped Me Off Too!

I too set up an account with Financing Alternatives and allowed them to take money from my account bi-weekly. Everything went as expected. They even called me when they weren't able to get the money on certain weeks.

Finally once it was paid in full, I spoke to a represntative by the of Ebony Johnson and she gave the date of when I could expect to recieve my laptop and to call here if I had any more questions or problems. That was on 6, the last time I have been able to contact anyone from that office. I haven't recieved anything in the mail, not even a letter of confirmation. I have given them over $1800 dollars and I have been as patient as I can be. I need answers immediately.
