Stormpay Auctions Stormpay refuses to contact me about the 300 US dollars they owed me 2 months ago

I decided to sell my playstation 2 with all the games and accessories to a gentlemen overseas. I was selling everything for $200 but he offered $300 so that i couldnt afford to pay for shipping. He also mentioned that he would be using Stormpay; and of course i had never heard of StormPay before but he mentioned that it was a reliable, safe, secure way of gauranteeing both parties get what they bargain for.

I agreed without hesitation or a will to question what he had said because of the amount he was offering. He set everything up with StormPay and the money was taken from his account with his permission. I was contacted by StormPay 4 times with messages entitled 'CONFIRMATION'. These were simply messages that gave me information into what the buyer was telling StormPay with regards to the address of where i was to send the parcel.

So i went to Canada Post and sent off the package to its' overseas destination. I went home and send an email to StormPay letting them know i have sent the goods. I included the tracking number along with the email as they had requested i do. I waited a couple days for a response but received nothing. I sent another email asking for them to send me a confirmation that my money would be delivered within 48 hours as per their policy. They sent an email back.

However this email i received i believe may have been written by a 4th grader because the spelling, grammer, and punctuation were incredibly poor. None the less i waited for my money. I waited 6 WEEKS and heard absolutely nothing from them. I sent a couple emails asking for them to tell me what is going on. I got a reply asking for my tracking number. I told them that i already gave it and send it again. I am still waiting for StormPay to contact me letting me know what is going on but after reading everyone's posts i fear the worst. Thanks for opening my eyes to the wonderful world of dishonesty.
