Manipulated credit card info in order to charge me

What a nightmare. I tried to cancel service back in early 2007. They gave me 3 free months. I tried to cancel again after being notified that I have a bill due for the taxes on the 3 months and the next months bill. I have been having problems with my service quality, hence the cancelling.

After calling I described what was going on with my equipment and they said it was out dated and they would send me new equipment. They took off for a half month service, because I cannot use their service reliably. They said my credit card was expired and they couldn't get a successful charge to my account. I explained that as soon as I get proper service, I would update my card info. She agreed and said she would have the equipment sent out right away.

Ok, now another month passes, and I get a new bill for another months service. Still no equipment. I call to inquire and they said I had an outstanding balance and couldn't send me the equipment until it was paid. I told them just to cancel service and put an end to this. No, we will ship out immediately your equipment to you. Ok, one last shot. This is where they made a big mistake.

Someone in their office manipulated my credit card info in order to get a successful charge on my account for the amount due for services I did not have. I did not give them updated info and they still have my info incorrect on my personal account. Wrong expiration date. They must've tried different years to get a positive reponse.

After reading other horror stories, this has got to stop. They over stepped their boundaries. This company is Crooked and will stop at nothing to keep your account active. I have been with them for over 2 years. Wish I would've known this before. Stay away from this company!
