Letter for $794.65 Debt Sent to My Old Married Name

I received a collection letter from Afni Collections, Inc to collect $794.65 for Contel of the South. It was sent to a previous married name which I have not been for twelve years. The telephone number 812-883-8847 I do not recognize. I am on disability and do not have time for such foolishness!

When this company was checked on the internet all I found was what a scam it was. When I looked up THE Contel of the South, I just got the company lineage. No way to check on what was really going on. Please help to get this straightened out.
