Com, The Performance Driver No Re-Fund yet, rip off, liar, scam, not kept their promise

I ordered a part for my car.initially I never received ANY confirmation number or receipt from the company. I called a few days later. They told me they "accidentally over sold on the item" and they would recieve it next week. I called back next week. Still no item. At this time, they had already charged me for it. I was charged on August 27th. They gave me the run around for a few weeks.

I finally asked for a refund and they gladly said yes and that it would be a few days and I would recieve my money back. However, this is not the case. It has been 2 weeks and still no refund. I have left at least 15 messsages and several emails with this compnay and they will not return them. I am very frustrated and would like to get my refund back as promised.
