Next Level Performance, teamnextlevel.net, Importcarshop.com Company sent the wrong item. I returned it and never received the refund of $240.00! Ripoff Ebay & Ebay

I ordered Mugen flared wing for 1990 CRX from Kevin David at Next Level Performance. To make sure that I will get the correct item, I emailed him photo of the item. He answered positively and I placed the order. On June 11 I received the wing. It wasn't Mugen Falred, but Extreme Rear. Since the product was send to me from Ground Dynamics, I returned it to them.

They said that I will receive the correct one. After two months of waiting, I canceled the order and requested refund. Ground Dynamics said that on August 10 they refunded the money to Kevin David (Next Level Performance).

After unsuccessfully trying to contact the seller, he finally responded on the negative rating I posted on Ebay, by saying that he sent the right item and refunded the money.

Today is August 26. I still don't have the money or the product. Buyers beware!
