Yes, These crooks actually go by TWO different names, on my credit report!
But that's not all!!! They reported with TWO different Addresses in TWO different cities! One in Dallas TX, & the other in Waterloo IA.

They said they didn't receive payments, or received them late.
I guess when you're handling ONE account from TWO places, it makes it easy to say payments were late or not made at all.

Maybe if I paid at BOTH addresses & gave them double the amount I was supposed to, I'd still have my house???

This is the WORST company I've ever had to deal with.
Of course, NOT by my choice, but because they bought my Mortgage from the original lender. So I was informed by mail of the change... Which started charging me late fees the 1st day!!!

Fee... After fee... After fee... For all kinds of ridiculous things!
They also said we could avoid foreclosure if we came up with "X amount of dollars". So, we managed to get enough to meet their request... ONLY to have more late fees & other charges tacked on in the mean time... Which they applied THIS payment to, instead of the agreed amount to stop foreclosure.

So they insisted we come up with MORE money to pay the foreclosure avoidance... Which was impossible.

This was actually back in 2002!!!
That gives you some idea of how long they've been pulling this scam, & how much time they've had to perfect their art of cheating!

I JUST got my credit reports this week, which is how I started discovering all of the crap involved with them

I wrote to them & demanded they remove the negative items from my credit report!

I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. You can do the same by visiting their website. Http://ftc. Gov/credit

They will issue an investigation with the credit bureaus, & at the same time, have been made aware (AGAIN I'm sure) of the illegal & unfair business practice used by Homecoming Financial.

These criminals have been protected by the courts & the system for too long!
They can afford the HIGH-POWERED attorneys to keep them rolling in dough at OUR expense.

They need to have the CRAP kicked out of them!
