Homecoming Financial - GMAC Mortgage Fraudulent Activity

Since the day my parents applied for a loan with HomeComing it has been an issue. I have been trying for 6 months to apply for what they call a "Loan Modification." In six months, nothing has been done. What I should have said the only thing done was the raise of my parents' mortgage. This house has been in our family for over 25 years. My father is a veteren of the AirForce and worked in the prison system until he was diagnosed with MS and Trigeminal Neuralgia. He was out of work for a year and had just started receiving disability payments, so my parents went through a tough time. They were back on payments but they called and made arrangements. The company suggested to do a Loan Modification, so we went with it. They advised to not send in any payments until it was completed because it would not be applied to the account. We were advised to fax over all this financial information and we did. They said they would call us but after two weeks we called them. They said they were still working the modification out. After a month we started receiving Foreclosure paper and then while my mom was at work, someone came into our house and advised their neighbors that they were with the mortgage company. When we got off of work, I called Homecoming to find out what was going on! They said ignore that they were still working out the modification. After a month we began to worry so we contacted them again. They requested the paperwork to be refaxed. We could not believe this! Remember the house is still in Foreclosure. So we faxed and verified receipt the paperwork. Can I tell you nothing has happened (Six months!) I called them back yesterday and I have had enough! They once again asked to fax over the paperwork. I am done with this company. They are the biggest Frauds! I reported them to BBB and something has to be done. This is harrassment. My father on many occasions has burst in tears over this sitution so I started handling it for them. I have western unioned every payment to have receipts of all of their payment. Can anyone help. How is so many people complaining about the same company and they still exist! I said to the representator yesterday, "you have so many complaints about this modification can something be done. He had a nerve to say well it does work for alot of other people. The nerve! Their should be a lawsuit and my parents would definitely be involved. Do I have to write the President! Please help someone!
