Dishonest charlatains!

I am based in the UK. I ordered and paid for products from the "company" Hands'n'paws. I received no order confirmation. When i check my account online it says "payment completed", but I have had no shipping information. I ordered on august 21st, and have heard nothing from these charlatains. One of your clients reported that the company were very rude to her. I haven't even got that. I have sent approx 6 emails, and have had no response whatsoever. I feel that my hands are tied. If I were in the USA, i would take legal action against these people! I am absolutely disgusted.
