Charged me $121.89 on At&t bill for a Personnels 900 number that was never made

I noticed that my At&t bill was really high, and it had a $121.89 charge on it for OAN Services, and it said "Personnels" 900 number. First, I called the 900 number that was on the bill, and it connected me to a female erotic voice telling me I was going to be connected to singles in my area, and it would start charging me $3.99 a minute after the ding, so I hung up. I live by myself, I have not ever made any calls like that, and nobody was in my home on that date!

Then I called At&t, and they said it was a third party charge so there was nothing they could do, except take it off my bill and let me handle it with OAN services.

I called OAN services to dispute the charge, and they said the call was traced from number, even though I did not make the call, and nobody was in my home on that date, they said sorry you have to pay it. I was transferred to the supervisor, and she basically told me I was SOL! I don't know what to do!!! I never made a call like that, nobody was in my home on that day, and I don't know how to dispute this any further! If anyone has any helpful information, please pass it on!
