Possibly Linked To Dealer Services They charged my AT&T bill without my consent! Clearwater Florida

Just opened my AT&T bill and there is a charge from ILD Teleservices, Inc. For Familycontact911.com - setup fee plus taxes. Their charge was $15.95, the Fed charged me. 08 cents taxes and then Illinois charged me $1.12 taxes. I have never heard of these people and I never signed up for this. I cannot believe that these scam artists can just do this and all we can do is dispute the charge with AT&T for 65 days until we get the company to credit the account.

The phone number listed on my phone bill just disconnects you as soon as you call. My theory is that these people must somehow be connected to Dealer Services, Inc., a scam artist that sells extended auto warranty plans. My reason for thinking this is that the charge for Familycontact911.com hit my bill the day after I was taken by the Dealer Services people. They kept pushing me to give them additional phone numbers, but I only gave them my home number.

Anyways, I don't have any proof of this, it is just a theory. The people at AT&T said that they cannot "block" third parties from billing my AT&T account, which is unbelievable. That means that any scam artist can get your phone number and bill your phone bill and you can't do a thing to stop them. They told me to register my phone number on the 'Do Not Call Registry." I just cannot believe this is happening. Dispute the charge with your phone company and then do your best to find these people and get them to credit your phone bill.
