Rats! Debited from my account and i dont even know what there company is. I didn't even apply for a credit card

On friday august 24 $99.95 was taken from my bank account without permission. I don't know the company or what it does but it is apparently a credit card. I didn't apply for this credit card none the less authorize a debit from my account. And, today on saturday aug. 25, i called to complain and there is no one available on the weekends. What kind of card doesn't have people to work on weekends? That makes them seem even more like rats!
