Florida Way, Florida Direct, My Florida Way
Stole 149.00 and left me over 500.00 in the hole at the bank before i knew it

Irecieved a call on my cell from this company and was told that i would recieve three offers in the mail to look at, and that i could call them back if i was not interested and cancel. I never got anything in the mail
so i called to cancel and was told that it was taken care of. Shortly after that time i found out that i was more than 500 dollars in the hole at my bank.

My wife went over everthing in a printout and found an automatic withdraw for 149 dollars which was not authorized, we were not even aware that Florida way had our account no. My wife called from the bank
to this company and was told that only one offer was cancelled and that is why the money was taken. They also said that if i wrote a letter requesting a refund they would gladly send me one. We not only wrote the letter but sent it certified/with return reciept requested.

This was signed for on 4-28-07 but needless to say we still have not recieved a refund. I had to close my account due to this problem, and shortly after it was closed i got notice from this bank that this company had tried to take more money out of this account. We still try to call and there are of course problems with the
phones so we never get to talk to anyone.
