Stole $122,000.00 and victims will NOT receive restitution!

I agree to every word Sheena from Katy, TX had to say about Shelly Perry and her false company of Payless Furniture. I had the exact same situation happen to me during the same time. Exactly as Sheena described it. Exactly!

I continue to update my information with the DOJ in Memphis and after leaving several messages with my Victim Witness Coordinator, Maureen Arvin (901) 544-4231, about restitution and sentencing. Ms. Arvin said, "Shelly Perry was given probation for her sentence (NO JAIL) and will be required to pay 10% of her annual salary to the Victims until the total restitution is paid in full."

Here's where is gets juicy. The Victims, myself, Sheena and others will not receive a penny until the total amount is received by the Federal Government, totaling $122,000.00. Ms. Arvin also mentioned that if I wanted to sue Ms. Perry in civil court in an attempt to receive my money, I had the right to do so.

I have accepted that I will NEVER receive one penny from this woman but I will continue to update my information to the government as well as Ms. Arvin.in addition to this situation, I have not purchased anything from E-bay and refuse to use Pay-Pal (owned by E-bay) for any transaction. I even tried to write the loss off on my taxes in 2004 but the IRS said my loss of $1,756.00 was not enough to claim against my return. After all this has happened, I begin to wonder who the bad guys really are...
