Powerbet Online Casino/Crystalisle Management Ltd. They took money fro, my cc for a deposit they said i never made.internet

I went to make a deposit at their casino, but while the deposit was going thru its channel for approval when the pc froze. So i had to close the window and redeposit, only when i tried the second time my cc declined the deposit. This was because the first one had gone to my cc company and subtracted the money, only the casino didnt put the credits to my acct. So when i contacted them, i was told that this deposit never happened and that they only had records of the declining of the other one, so i sent them a copy of my cc statement with the pending charge and they told me that it wouldnt go to them because they never got this approved charge, and that if it did go thru to call them and they would straighten out. Well later that same day they took that 20.00 from my cc. So i called them and i had to send them another statement of my cc showing that it went thru, then i was told that i had to wait for the accouting dept to go over the info and then they would straighten this out., well it hasnt happened and now they r telling me that i didnt send to them right, they told me i didnt send thru word doc. Which i did and i even check it 2 times. So now im out lol 20, i know its not alot but its the principle of the matter. These people can basicly get away with this and there isnt a dam thing i can do, so please help to get my money back. Ty
