We are a small California cut flower grower and sold many flowers to J.W. Perry. Our terms are net 30 and J.W. Perry hasn't paid us in over 220 days. They wont return our calls and they refuse to respond to our attorney. Yet they move from grower to grower doint the same thing. How can these crooks get away with this?
