I have called the 1-800 # 3 times to cancel, but every month it still appears on my credit card statement. The operator was very rude, and tried to get me to not cancel. Finally they gave up (apparently) and gave me a cancel #.

But 4 months later I still see it on my bill. And no refund at all, like they had promised.
