Cash Call
Cash call has unethical business practices, rude and terrible customer service, high interest rates which they do not tell you about until after the loan is established, they harrass and won't let you pay off early Ripoff

The loan officer for cash call convinced me to take out a loan higher than i intended, he told me that by paying off early, i could cut the interest rate in half. When i tried to pay off early i was told that i couldn't. I lost my job after a bad accident which i almost lost my fingers on my right hand. I told a very rude and abnoxius customer service rep. About my situation and they had the attitude like they didn't care what i had to do legal or illegal to get their money. I am currently unemployed, i have explained this time after time but they still continue to harrass not only me but my friends and family up to all hours of the night.in fact just today i had a costumer service rep. To curse at me on the phone, by saying quote, " don't bother me with your crap just because you won't pay your bills", not to mention a few more choice words. A couple of months ago i told them i had no money in my account, they threatened to turn me into a collection agency, then they took out money from my account which wasn't there causing me to be in the negative and eventually losing my bank account. They won't discuss interest rates with you until you agree to the loan, then you find out the interest rate is roughly around 50-60%! They don't understand bad things happen that you have no control over.
