Did not want to except early payoff and high interest rate and very rude

Cash call has an interest rate of %99.23 daily, I got a loan for 2600 ended up getting 2500 and having to pay over $9,000. I've been paying them. But theres something wrong here this isn't right.

Our payment is due on the 15 of every month but we keep getting harrassing phone calls at work and home 4 to 5 times a day they start doing this on the first of every month theres got to be something we can do to stop these people I pulled up the interest laws for california the legal rate is %10 not %99

There the rudest people I have every delt with in all my life. The Interest is outrageous and is illegal. We pay them there $216.00 a month and it all goes for interest and the amount keeps going up every day what can we do to stop the harrassing calls and the interest rate. We probably now owe 3,000 now no matter what you pay there going to rip you off and it seems to me they don't want an early pay off. Whats up with that.
