Settlement Opportunity ripoff

They mailed us a "Settlement Opportunity" to pay off a Citibank USA account balance of $1,352.08. They gave us no Citibank account number (because there isn't one). They enclosed an "Acceptance Certificate" and stated they would generously give us a 25% discount if we mailed the payment of $1,014.06 by 9-27-07.

This is a scam to see if people will mail them the payment. This company is bogus, and no one should mail them a payment of any kind.
