Consumer fraud promised rebate over a year ago

I ordered two swimsuits from this company in April. I sent in all the required paperwork to receive my rebates within 12 weeks of purchase, and have never received my rebates.

The company claimed that they had a problem with the checks being sent out, whereas some people received double rebates, and some, like myself, received none. I have been sending emails for over a year, and have always received the same canned reply (or none at all) promising that customer service will get back to me - they never have, and as of today, they have stopped responding to me altogether.
