Ripoff rebates have not been received waiting one yea

I have not received four urbanQ rebates. I have sent multiple e-mails and was told there is a check printing problem. I have documentation that checks were supposedly sent: 5/31,6/2,7/8, and 7/8. I think I have waited long enough and need to take action.
