Orbitz-Great Fun Package Unauthorized charge to checking account

After checking my bank account today I found a mysterious charge for $10.99. I called the 800# to find out what this charge was for since I did not use my debit card yesterday. The man that I spoke with named "Alvin" was the least bit sensitive to listening to what I was saying. He works for Orbitz and stated the charge that "was authorized" by myself was for their discount program "Great Fun". I never authorized anything from this company. I did purchase a ticket online through Orbitz three months ago but that was all. "Alvin" stated he would cancel the order "that I never ordered" and it would take 10 to 15 business days. I received no cancellation # to verify that he would cancel this "order". Everyone should get together and sue Orbitz for misrepresentation.
