I cancelled my free 10 day trial on day 6. I spoke with Clayton and was assured of my cancellation. I was SHOCKED when my card was charged $49.95 on 6/8/07. After numerous attempts I was told a refund had been issued and was even given a refund number...

As of 6/27/07 still no refund. They have given me excuse after excuse. I finally filed a fraudulent transaction with my bank. Here's what I've found out...

1). They have contracted a "overflow" answering service who takes your cancellation under the "guise" of being Grant Mentor but they have zero access to your information and just "forward" your request for cancellation. Of course, they never "receive" it and your account NEVER ets cancelled.
2). They tell you ANYTHING to try and drag out your refund so they can either say a). It's been too long and you're not eligible b). It's past 60 days and you can't get the money back from your bank.

I do have another number for them and it seems to get you through quicker that the 45 minute wait on 866-407-1028.

I STILL have never received a confirmation email on my joining, cancelling, or refund. I pray for their sake I do not have to go through this again next month...
