Ripoff THIEVES, the business from hell

Please help...

I'm a single mom going back through school to better support my three children i recieved this letter in the mail and called the 1-800 number needless to say they lied to me and i took it hook, line and sinker.

I can't believe this has happened to me. I asked for the names of both men that i talked to and i wrote all the information down, i still have it. I have called trying to talk to them but i can't seem to ever get through. It's like my number shows up as being one of the many people they ripped off so they don't answer.
