Verizon South Incverizon South Inc-afni Inc the company sent me a phone bill that was not my phone. I have ever had that number. Where do they come up with this. Do they think people are that stupid

I recieved a phone bill for a number that was not mine. Ido not have a phone in my name, nor have i ever had a land phone in my name.

The bill was for $261.23. I want to know where they get their information.
