Lied to tack on interest to hidden fees, will not send a copy of the break down of my account Ripoff

Have asked repeatedly of a break down of my account to see how much is going to interest and the principal and they tell me they cant send it. They try to tack on hidden fees for paying bill online, I have paid extra every month and they take it upon themselves to skip partial month payment until the next month so my payment is more than usual without speaking to me, to even see if I agree so they can tack on extra interest. They are very rude when speaking to they and can never answer any questions I have concerning my own account. They treat me as if its not even my account and will not tell me anything about it.
