Ripping us off by charging outrageous fees that are hidden to us!

We started our auto loan with Drive Financial in May only a year ago and our loan amount has gone up almost $1,000 dollars instead of going down. Yes, we have been late a few times, but who hasn't? We have always got caught up and we just recently had a 2 month deferment on our loan. We got our statement for April and there was a $50 charge for the deferment, which we were never informed about when we first started the deferment process.

Also, everytime I call to talk to a rep. About our account, they are very hesitant on answering my questions. They are always repeating themselves over and over again and also are very rude about the whole thing.

We are being charged so many fees and more interest than we should be being charged and I want it to STOP!!! Yes our interest rate is high, but some of the payment each month should go to principal. Only 2 payments throughout the year that we have had the loan, have had partial payment go to principal, the rest of the payments have gone all to interest. I really find that suspicious, don't you?

I would like to be added to any lists, petitions, or complaints that have to do with filing a class action lawsuit on this company. They really need to be stopped. They are making it very difficult for people to survive by not being able to afford anything on the loan... Thank you for your time and feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all.
