EDP Debit Card
EDP has refused to acknowledge my refund of $159.95 since 4/07. I get the runaround

I have been trying since April to receive a refund in the amount of $159.95 for a company who calls themself EDP which is a debit card service (so they say). I have not received email responses within the 24 to 48 hours response time they tell you they will give you, nor can you speak with a "real" person when you call (and thats if you can actually get through).
I spoke to someone once... Who informed me that my money was in route to their bank... I asked them why it would be enroute when they automatically debited my account back in April and I have the copy of the check to prove it.
They double talk and you never get a straight answer. I also was able to chat one time with someone and the same sceniro took place. Double talked and never answered my question as to when I can expect my refund. I believe this situation is called "internet fraud" and will proceed with any necessary means to see that I receive my money back and this company does not operate anymore.
Should anyone out there know of a way to retrieve you money back and see that this company stops doing this to other internet users, please... Help.
