Fraudulent email received - buyer beware for lipoplex tease -debit card nightmare - ripoff

Well it looks like I am not alone, I was sucked in by this company to try a trial offer of Lipoplex in return for paying the postage, I never read the terms and conditions of their offer and that is where they get you. I had no problem paying for the postage for this supposedly legitimate offer, I never received a bill or statement with the trial offer.

When I discovered that my debit card had been charged for 99.95 for something I did not agree to I called them up. They were rude on the phone, denied being frauds, said I couldn't cancel and that they wouldn't take the merchandise back. Today I received another package in the mail from them which I am taking back to the post office and refusing delivery.

I had already contacted my bank and filed paperwork to have this charge removed and had to cancel my debit card to prevent it from happening again. I felt like a victim and embarrassed that I would fall for such a scam. I have requested a form from the Attorney General's office to file a complaint about this company and then I found your website. My bank has been great, they are investigating this company too.
