No way to contact grant mento

I tried a trial period for grant mentor. I have been trying to cancel since i realized within a matter of days i wasnt hearing anything from them and there was no way to contact them. Thier email address only allows you to order, and the phone # is only a recording that tells you to enter the extension # if you have it. When you enter it the recording tells you "im sorry i dont understand your request goodbye".

I have not been charged yet, and i go to my bank tomorrow. If i have to i will close my account. I have usacomplaints.com to thank for the heads up, and hopefully i can stop my problem before it gets out of hand. Thank you to everyone who reported them. I hope this company can be stopped before it damages anyone beyond repair, and i can only wait and hope i acted in time. I am a poor woman and cant afford any losses, as im sure is the case for many out there who have already been financially raped.

I urge everyone out there who has become involved with this company to file a complaint so these thieves can be stopped and held accountable
