Grant Mento-Fraudulent Billing-Lied about refund-Still not refunded 16 days after promised, Pennsylvania

I had never even been on this website. I beleive it was one of those trick e-mail kind of things, but they charged my credit card $49.95. I called on 5/7/07 and they said they issued a refund but here it is 5/23 and still no refund. When I call the automated system says my wait time is 30-45 minutes. This is just wrong and I want my money back. I never authorized this nor did I recieve anything at all.
