The Grant Assistant
Aka TGA Took money from account. Lied, rude, a total ripoff

I ordered a $1.95 CD from Grant Assistant. There was NO terms on the website. Which happens to be a GOVERNMENT GRANT website.

In May they took 49.95 from my account. I called and could not get anyone who spoke my ENGLISH for the first day. The next day I got Trevor, who swore that he ws going to refund my account and e-mail me that he did.

After several days, I called and talked to Andrew. He is the WORST customer service person in the world. He also swore that the account was to be refunded. GUESS WHAT? It never was. Account was to be cancelled. Didn't know I had an account with them.

Today June 22 they took another 49.95 from my account. Refuse to give me Corp. Address or phone number.inpossible to talk to anyone there who doesn't lie about what they are going to do.

This is the WORST, DISHONEST, RUDEST company I have ever had to deal with.

No Corp. Phone, address or anyone in charge!
