Possible PTI rip off

I was looking to find my contact at the Patent And Trademark Institute of America, because i wanted an answer to a question i had, but it got bounced back to me, not recieved. So i put their name in the searchbar and found this forum. With another person complaining of the same familiar things.

So this is a dodgy company who has run off with my cash? Maybe it is. But they are at the point of asking for more money from a company called Glasso & Associates, Austin Texas.

I need to know what's real or not, and if i really have been ripped off. And also if my invention has been lost forever.

If someone else ends up producing it how do i claim it's my idea? If nothing's ever been filed with anyone in my name.

This could be a real problem. One can get really fed up with everything you try to do getting screwed up by someone else all the time. This really needs some kind of comeback.
