A guaranteed grant for home repairs, cars, grants are free

I have applied for a government grant to assisted me with home repairs and a decent runnable car which needs repairs. I am totally and permanently disabled and my monthly check doesnt pay my bills or put food on my table. Neither does government assistance like food stamps or help with the utility bills. I need to know if this is legalament or not. I say only one complaint. I am desperate and until I know if this a ripp off I will not respond to this opportunity because I can pay the application fee which depends the amount of the money with the grant which is guaranteed no scam. Please help me It appears I have so far been scammed twice now.
