VDO Specialties LLC Full Ripoff rip off scam con artists

I got my things my Phantom 2.0 ModChip and my MadKatz DVD 2 Wireless Remote Control. But The only thing that cheap guy aka Micheal Walker did not send me is the instructions to the modchip what am i supposed to do to install it

I was lucky enough to not have sent it in for repair or he might have broken it or not repaired it like you all are saying.

If Any of you guys have the instructions on how to install the Phantom ModChip 2.0 Please post Instructions for me as a rebuttal to this report.

And also I emailed him and talked to him on the phone he said that he would send me the instructions but he never did its been like 3 weeks now and still no intructions through via email or fax or USPS (United States Potal Service).
