Is a rip-off, they are Rude & Unprofessional

I sent my unit to be repaired to vdo-specialties and they never repaired it and they never sent it back to me. I emailed Mike who is the head of the company and he got mad at me and told me I was being rude for emailing him.

I then put a complaint in about his company to the BBB and then he told me he was not going to fix it, just send it back. He didn't send it back, so I then had my lawyer contact him and you better belive my unit was back in no time, but this guy should not being doing business.
