Shopping Club Credit Card ripoff

I went online and applied for a cash advance and according to USA Credit, I also applied for a shopping card for them for which they took $149.95 out of my checking account unbeknownst to me.

I did not authorize them to take this out of my account nor would I have applied for a shopping card with a charge of $149.95 first of all because I don't have the money to do that and that's crazy to pay that amount to use a credit card. Needless to say, I called the company and they said it would take weeks to credit my account back and then I will be charged a $35 application fee.

THIS IS JUST CRAZY! From what the lady told me at the company and from reading e-mails about them, it seems like they are operating under false pretenses, misleading, and preying on people.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will do all I can to see this company put out of business.
