Ripoff scam business that preys upon online customers california

My son (a minor) went online and contacted these people and yes, he gave them a false birthdate. When I learned of the $159.95 overdraft on his account, I went to the back and learned that it was from this EDP company. I advised them verbally that he was a minor and they should have verified his info. They asked me to have the bank send documentation of his age before they could refund his money. The bank sent the info to the fax number given. I call and call (usually no answer),

Finally I had the time to WAIT THEM OUT. I called about four times and finally someone (Toni) answerd after i waited for 15-20 minutes. I advised her of what had transpired over the past three weeks. She tells me they did not receive a fax from the bank and that they would need this info before they could do anything. I told her that the bank had already sent the info and had received confimation that the fax went through okay.

Yet she went on and on and I asked her to hold on while I dial the bank on another line and by the time the bank answered, she had hung up the phone. These people are scammers!!! I can tell a scam by their business practices. Reputable businesses answer their phone (at least) and you don't have to wait 30 minutes for anyone to assist you. I would not do any business with these people.
