Ripoff, Mastercard Scam

My wife and i were just talking about the bills and how were we gonna pay them and the phone rang. God was answering my prayers with an unsecured mastercard. Then common sense kicked in and i thought why in the heck would someone be offereing me of all people a mastercard. I wanted to talk to my wife about it and call them back but she said she only needed a little more info before she let me go. She asked for my license number and ssn and i gave it as i know that is needed for cc info. But when she asked for my checking acount info i said i wasnt comfortable giving that out she began re-explaining how everything worked and there was no risk to me. I asked for a call back number and she gave me one.

Then i said i would call her back later. And hung up and looked for the company online. And i found this site. I said oh sh* and called my bank right away only to find out that i wasnt the only one to call the bank this morning for the same reason over the same company. I don't think they can do anything because i didn't release my bank info but when i think of how close i came to being scammed for 249 dollars that i can't afford it scares the crap out of me.

Please people if you get a call that sounds too good to be true, remember that it is and don't give that banking info. These people are ripoffs. Guardian financial is a bogus company that preys on people who need a little financial help.
