Took advantage of sympathetic senior citizen

This company called my 90 year old mother and played on her sympathy. They say the company is employing disabled Americans. Her package of light bulbs totalled $76.95. When my brother found out, he shipped the package back to them.

I'm sure it's the same company I fell for a couple of years ago, when I bought a year's supply of air freshener for $35. The year's supply consisted of 2 bottles, of about 6 fl. Oz. Each. They were calling me every year, calling me their "friend." They have tried to sell me light bulbs and garbage bags as well.

I told them several times to remove my name from their mailing list. I don't like being rude to people, but had to in this case. They don't take no easily!
