LPC "Credit"Card Took "partial" information on their application... I caught the hook. And backed out of it, erasing all my info. And never concluded the application. Nonetheless, they took their $49.95 fee

I have sent them an email (in fact, two) telling them to refund my money immediately. I am headed to my bank to try to stop them from anymore. I did not even receive this until yesterday afternoon late. This is the last poor sucker in N.C. They will get when I am through with them. Having been a former legislator, I will have introducted legislation barring them from doing business in this state and am requesting the Attorney General's office to begin an investigation.
