Dishonest fraudelent billing Ripoff

I was told by the sales rep from merchant warehouse that my terminal would work anywhere and I would only need a connection when I wanted to complete the transactions.

I was very excited this was going to help my company. I received the machine when they said that I would but I could not get it to work I called customer service and was told to let it charge.

I did and called back when it still would not work then I was put on hold and hung up on. I call up the sales rep that sold it to me and told him what happened and he appoligized and said he would have someone from there tech support call me and I waited a week no phone call then I called them and told them that I wanted my money back and that I sent the machine back.

I didnt get all my money back which was fine at least it was over well so I thought I was still being charged the monthly fee for service and I called and they said that it would be taken care of and then next month I was charged agian.

I called and they said they will take care of it then I was charged again and I called and I was told that I never canceled my account so I fliped and said this was supposed to be canceled along time ago well I got it canceled.

And now they are saying that I am responable for all my charges and fees because I never canceled untill the third time I called to ask why I am still being charged.

Then I found this web site and now I know what to do thank you so much for making this site so companys like this will not get away with ripping you off.
