Stole my identity and ID and did time in fail for fraud and credit card theft ripoff

In April I found this company online. I paid them with my credit card online from their website www.discreetdata.com over $300.00 to do a skip trace to find my sons dead beat dad. They emailed me back 2 days later and told me that they found him and that that he is living in Alaska and if I want the address, phone number and work place where I can find him, then I should pay them an additional $1,500.00 because they took extra steps to find him.

So I paid them with credit card through their website at www.discreetdata.com. They never sent me the information on my ex husband. I emailed them and asked them for the information I paid for and they sent me an email from DiscreetData@uReach.com that said "GET LOST YOU IDIOT! We got your information now! ONLY AN IDIOT WOULD GIVE THEIR CREDIT CARD TO A STRANGER ONLINE - YOU ARE A MORON!"

I filed a police report on discreet data in January after this happened. The owner of this online company www.discreetdata.com company DID go to jail for 3 months from October to December for internet and credit card fraud and also was charged a heavy fine for operating a private investigator online firm without a license. He pled guilty and was given only 3 months instead of going to trial. Their company name is discreetdata.com and they will steal your identity and then charge your credit card fraudently.
