Premier Health Plus has been drafting $14.95 monthly now since May. I did not authorize any such draft and never in nearly 30 years of banking have I ever authorized anyone to take money out of my checking account automatically.

I closed my account after the discovery. I contacted the company whos reps can not answer simple questions like, "Who's the owner "What is the name of the company you're anwering this phone for" "Who do I talk to about getting a refund" etc.

They have promised a refund, but with a 9 page Better Business Bureau of Nebraska complaint report... I doubt I'll ever see my money.

Why in the world has a company like this been allowed to stay in business. The owner should be in jail.

This is pure fraud and theft.
