Ripoff Bank Scam

Premier Health Plus has been stealing money out of my account without any permission. I tried to close a bank account and found their sneaky little 9 dollar withdrawals had overdrafted my bank account causing in access of 100$ in fees. I called them and asked who they were and who authorized them to take funds. There reply was that my wife had for prescription insurance 5 years ago. This was funny because I have health insurance and we would never need extra prescription insurance for the past ten years. I have a young family and we would never authorize automatic withdrawel of funds for something like this.

I asked for proof and they had no signature. This is a classic scam move stating that they had voice confirmation upon which they could not prove this eveidence either. I shut down the account with php so that I could close that bank account and they sent another payment through five days later overdrafting my account again. More fees and more headache. After hours of talking to reps. With id #'s and no superiors to get me in touch with I had only a p.O. Box # (another classic ripoff move) and a bad taste in my mouth from all the obvios deciet!

Now I am out around six hundred dollars total so far with this company I have never even heard of and still not satisfied. I want to file a class action suit with any one else affected by this just to make this company and the people behind it suffer. I dont even care about the money now its about anger of being scammed. What is the law with someone taking money out of your account without permission and without a signature and why are scam artists getting rich by doing this. I am going to file at the least a small claims against them and I will always be wary of small amounts being removed from my account monthly.
